Host, Brooklyn Monk, Antonio Graceffo returns to Bangkok after nearly 18 months and finds that his cardio and his fighting ability have greatly diminished after a long period of low intensity training in Taiwan. Muay Thai is high energy, high impact and physaically demanding. Struggling through the first day of training, Antonio vows to get back in shape.
